Check-in and reception

The apartments are located in various parts of the village and there is no on-site reception. Our staff will welcome you personally at the property from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-in from 8:00 PM onwards incurs a supplement of €25.00. Early check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. We kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance, so we can better organize the reception service and guarantee a punctual check-in without any waiting.

Availability

Our Customer Care is at your disposal every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, ready to assist you with courtesy and professionalism for any needs during your stay. For any emergencies, we guarantee availability until midnight. We will be happy to support you and make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Double Linen Set

The provided double set includes double sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 shower towels, 2 face towels, and 2 small towels. A bath mat is also provided for each apartment. By booking directly from our website, the set is included in the price. For bookings made through portals, the service has an extra cost of €30.

Single Linen Set

The provided single set includes single sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 shower towel, 1 face towel, and 1 small towel. A bath mat is also provided for each apartment. By booking directly from our website, the set is included in the price. For bookings made through portals, the service has an extra cost of €20.

Double set change

The linen set can be used for the entire duration of your holiday and can be easily machine washed. However, if you would like a full change, you can request a new set of clean linens. Service cost: €20.

Single set change

The linen set can be kept for the entire duration of your holiday and can be easily machine washed. However, if you would like a change, you can request a new set of clean linens. Service cost: €10.

Cleaning and Sanitization

The apartment will be delivered to you clean and disinfected. The Cleaning Package includes the final cleaning of the accommodation* and the replacement of disposable mattress and pillow covers. Upon arrival, you will also find bags for waste separation and a welcome kit with sponges, dish soap, hand soap, a roll of toilet paper, and a bottle of fresh still water in the fridge.

Final cleaning conditions

Final cleaning does not include the stovetop, dishes, and the fridge. We also ask you to dispose of waste before check-out, following the instructions provided in the apartment. Extra cleaning is available upon request and at an additional cost.

Table high chair

If you don't have space to bring a high chair for your child, rent one from us. The high chair attaches to the table. Service cost: €3 per day.

Travel cot

If you don't have space to bring a cot for your child, you can rent one directly from us. The cot is foldable and equipped with a mattress, but does not include linens. Service cost: €5 per day.

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is scheduled from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM and takes place directly at the apartment. One of our representatives will meet guests to hand over the keys and provide all the useful information for the stay. Check-out must take place by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance; an additional fee may apply.

Cleaning and Waste Sorting

Guests must keep the home tidy during their stay.

The final cleaning does not include the stovetop, dishes, and refrigerator. Waste must be disposed of and sorted according to the municipality's guidelines; otherwise, a €150 penalty will be applied.

Respect and Quiet

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests in the complex, respect for quiet hours is required from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. We ask you to maintain respectful behavior in common and private spaces, avoiding excessive noise, loud music, or unauthorized parties. This rule helps ensure tranquility both for those staying in the apartments and for local residents.

Payments and Deposit

We accept all major payment methods: card, bank transfer, and cash. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to leave a security deposit of €200 to cover any potential damage.
The amount will be returned at check-out, provided no damage is found. In the municipality of San Teodoro, where our apartments are located, payment of the tourist tax is required according to local regulations.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces, such as the garden or the veranda, while always respecting other guests and neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €200 penalty to cover extraordinary cleaning.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets must be reported at the time of booking, and their presence is subject to the property's discretion.

In some cases, a small additional fee may be required to allow them to stay within the facility during your visit.
