Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the property. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance.
Care of spaces and furnishings
Guests are invited to use the room, furnishings, and all amenities provided by the property with care and respect. Any malfunctions or issues should be reported promptly to the staff.
Outside guests and room access
For security reasons and in compliance with current regulations, access to the rooms is only allowed for guests registered at check-in. Unregistered outside guests are not permitted without prior authorization from management.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the common areas of the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. In case of violation, the property may apply an additional fee for room sanitization.
Respect for peace and other guests
Guests are asked to behave respectfully and avoid excessive noise, especially during night hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The goal is to ensure rest and tranquility for all guests at the property.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. In the event of damage, the property reserves the right to request reimbursement for the costs of repair or replacement of the damaged items.
